Designed to coincide with Earth Day, Chittenango’s Community Betterment Day is an annual event that brings together various individuals and community organizations to beautify the spaces we share.
The Chittenango Rotary has participated in Community Betterment Day for many years. As in in the past, our club removed litter and debris along Route 5, from the Maple Leaf convenience store to the high school. This year, we collected a whopping 15 construction-sized bags of trash.
Feel free to contact us if you’re interested in participating in next year’s Community Betterment Day. But just as importantly, please make an effort to avoid littering — and let’s keep our town a place we can all be proud of!
